No afternoon extracurricular activities this Sunday on Field Day (5/6) except Tai-chi, Zumba and class for Adult Basketball and Badminton classes.
Chinese schools’ Field Day will be held on 5/6 at NorthWest High School (13501 Richter Farm Rd, Germantown, MD 20874). Classes will be dismissed at 11:15 am. Please contact Field Day Coordinator Ted Hsieh for more information or questions.
Registration for returning students for 2018-2019 school year has started. Registration form will be mailed to each family. Please return forms with payment to the registration table before 5/13. Any registration received after 5/13 will be subject to a late fee. Please contact Yi-Ching Lee at 703-865-7986 if you have not received it or with any questions.
The Li-Ming Chinese Academy (LMCA) has started accepting new and transfer student applications. If you have a child above age 3 and is ready for 2018-2019 school year enrollment, please contact LMCA Curriculum & Instruction Division for admission application forms. Please contact Ms. Janey Hsiao at 301-670-0956 (9 am and 8 pm) for more information or questions.
There will be NO lunch ordering services from LMPA this Sunday due to Field Day activities. Those who have pre-ordered Formosa foods last Sunday, please pick up your food items at LMPA front desk by 10:30 am. 5/13 will be the last Sunday for LMPA to provide lunch ordering services.

No “Calculation with Abacus” class on 5/13. Make-up class will be scheduled on 5/20. There will be poster exhibit this Sunday for Knitting class in the Cafeteria.
Graduation Ceremonies for P4, B4 (11:00 am to 12:00 pm) and 12th Grade (2:00 pm) will be held in the Cafeteria on 5/13. Please be aware that entry to the cafeteria will be limited during the ceremonies.
