小幼兒歌、唱遊、故事、美勞、遊戲認識單一注音符號、習慣團體生活。
大幼會認、讀三十七個注音符號、習慣團體生活。
注音注音符號拼音及四聲、基本國字筆順及筆畫會認、讀、寫(筆順、筆畫)三十七個注音符號及二十個結合韻符。
會注音符號拼音及聲調(四聲及輕聲)。
能唸用注音符號寫的簡短兒歌(三十字以內)。
會唸、讀、寫十個簡單國字(筆畫在五畫以下),並有筆順的概念。
Can recognize, read loud, and write correctly (with the correct stroke sequence) the 37 zhuyin (Chinese phonic) symbols, and the 20 combination vowel phonics.
Can correctly pronounce the phonic symbols and the 4 tones.
Can correctly read loud simple nursery rhymes (less than 30 characters) by their phonic symbols.
Can recognize, pronounce, understand the meaning, and write (with the correct stroke sequence) 10 commonly-used Chinese Characters (generally less than 5 strokes per character).

Li-Ming Chinese Academy 2017-2018 Admission Information

Please submit the Student Application Form between 3/1/2017 and 5/28/2017. The registration form can be downloaded here, or please call (240) 453-0375 (10 a.m.-4 p.m.)

The interviews, quizzes, and a drawing lots process will be held on June 11th, 2017.

  • Preschoolers ages 3 to 5 will be interviewed (accompanied by their parents) and then participate in drawing lots to determine their placement.
  • Children ages 6 and above (1st grade to 12th grade) will take language quizzes.
