No School on 4/12.

With the rise in confirmed Coronavirus cases, concern for everyone’s health and the MCPS closure,  in April, each grade level teacher(s) will use a distance learning channel with their students based on age group, class size, and learning needs. Detailed information will be communicated to the room parents and to parents. For upcoming weeks in May, LMCA will follow MCPS’ announcements to determine school re-opening and class schedules. LMCA still plans on normal class schedules on 4/5 (Distance Learning), 4/19 (Distance Learning), 5/10, 5/17 and 5/31.

The Li-Ming Chinese Academy (LMCA) will CANCEL the admission information session on 4/19 at 10:30 am.  The parents of new students are required to submit the admission request (postmarked no later than 5/31). Please share the LMCA short films edited by Yi-Hsin Yan (LMCA Short Film) with your friends and families and check the LMCA website.  Please contact Ms. Janey Hsiao at 301-670-0956 (9 a.m. and 8 p.m.) for more information or questions.

Spring Academic Recitals and Academic competitions will continually be held using distance learning Sunday.

If you would like to share the distance learning photos, please email them to LMCAallhands@gmail.com and mark the grade level of the students. Thank you!
