Happy New Year! We hope you all had a happy winter vacation. In order to further understand the parents’ feedbacks on virtual learning, we sincerely invite all parents to fill out this short questionnaire before January 23. After receiving feedback from parents, LMCA would like to make appropriate adjustments that can improve students’ learning experience, promote their health, and enable students to continue to achieve their learning goals.

2021 Rho Psi Society Scholarship Application is now open for interested Chinese youths residing in the Metropolitan Washington DC region. The application deadline is Sunday 2/14/2021. Please check this link for details.

While we are waiting for the vaccine, the number of new cases of COVID-19 continues to grow at an alarming rate. Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) has not yet completed the 2020-21 spring semester in-person learning plan. According to 2020-21 fall semester facility rental policy, we can infer that the same policy will apply in the 2021 spring semester and MCPS facilities will not be available for community use. Therefore, the 2020-21 Spring semester of the Li-Ming Chinese Academy will continue with virtual distance learning.
