- 請參閲海報或詢問課外活動組來了解課程內容。每學期課外活動開始第一週, 歡迎所有家長及學生參觀各個教學或體育活動。
- 旁聽規則: 課外活動上課二週內可旁。課外活動組非常鼓勵學生及家長利用這二週的時間參加各種不同的課程, 與授課老師討論來了解上課的內容。第三週起, 請避免旁聴或試用場地。
- 繳款規則: 上課二週內註冊及繳清費用, 可享每門課程 $5 優惠. 超過二週後, 請繳交一般學期費用。
- 退款規則: 上課三週內退70% 已付款項, 超過三週恕不退。
- 換課規則: 家長申請換課,請在課外活動第一週上課起,五週內提出,如新課程費用較高,須補繳(費用以當時換課時的課程費用為準),如新課程費用較低,可退差額。超過上課五週後,可接受換課要求,但只能補繳,因作業的複雜性,恕無法退差。
- 若學生報名人數太少, 學校保留權力取消課程, 請多包涵。
課外活動規則
- Open House is held at the first week of extracurricular activities. Please take the opportunity discussing with teachers/coaches for better understanding.
- You are welcome to sit in within the first 2 weeks. We encourage all student and parents use well this 2 weeks to tryout different classes. Afterwards, to participate please pay regular semester fee.
- You will receive a $5 discount for each course if registered and paid within the first 2 weeks. Regular fee is applied thereafter.
- If a course is withdrawn and a refund is requested within the first 3 weeks, 70% of the tuition will be returned. No refund can be issued thereafter.
- Parents applying for a change of course, please within five weeks, if the new course costs are higher, it must be repaid, if the new course costs are lower, The difference can be refunded. After five weeks of class, the requirements for changing classes can be accepted, but they can only be repaid. Due to the complexity of the work, the difference cannot be refunded.
