(1)<\/span>\u5c0a\u91cd\u5c0e\u5e2b\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f9d\u5176\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u5354\u52a9 (\u767d\u677f<\/span>,\u00a0\u8ab2\u684c\u6905\u6392\u5217\u7b49\u76f8\u95dc\u4e8b\u9805<\/span>)\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

(2)<\/span>\u4f9d\u5c0e\u5e2b\u7684\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u9023\u7e6b\u4e26\u5fb5\u6c42\u5176\u4ed6\u5bb6\u9577\u4f86\u5171\u540c\u5354\u52a9\u73ed\u4e0a\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

III. <\/span>\u806f\u8abc\u6d3b\u52d5<\/span><\/p>\n

(1)<\/span>\u8a08\u756b\u73ed\u4e0a<\/span>\u8ab2\u5916\u6d3b\u52d5<\/span><\/span>\u7684\u6b21\u6578\u3001\u6642\u9593\u3001\u5730\u9ede\u3001\u6027\u8cea\u53ca\u5167\u5bb9\u3002\u4e0d\u5f97\u4f54\u7528\u4e0a\u8ab2\u6642\u9593\u70ba\u4f11\u9592\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

(2)<\/span>\u5118\u91cf\u8acb\u73ed\u4e0a\u7684\u5bb6\u9577\u7d1a\u5b78\u751f\u4f86\u5354\u52a9\u60a8<\/span>\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

(3)<\/span>\u82e5\u9700\u7528\u5b78\u6821\u5834\u5730<\/span>\uff0c<\/span>\u8acb\u5411\u5834\u5730\u9023\u7d61\u4eba\u6d3d\u8a62<\/span>\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

(4)<\/span>\u82e5\u53ef\u80fd\uff0c\u8acb\u8a18\u9304\u6bcf\u6b21\u6d3b\u52d5\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u4ee5\u520a\u767b\u5b78\u6821\u7db2\u9801\u3002\u6700\u597d\u6709\u666e\u901a\u76f8\u7247\u6216\u6578\u4f4d\u76f8\u7247\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

IV. \u5176\u4ed6\u8077\u8cac<\/span><\/p>\n

(1)\u806f\u7d61\u5354\u8abf\u6240\u6709\u5bb6\u9577<\/span>,\u00a0\u8f2a\u6d41\u64d4\u4efb\u5b78\u6821\u4ea4\u901a\u5de1\u908f\u4efb\u52d9<\/span><\/span>\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

V. \u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9805<\/span><\/p>\n

(1)<\/span>\u6bcf\u4e00\u5b78\u5e74\uff0c\u73ed\u7236\u73ed\u6bcd\u958b\u6703\u4e09\u6b21\uff1a\u958b\u5b78\u521d\u3001\u5b78\u5e74\u4e2d\u3001\u53ca\u5b78\u5e74\u672b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

(2)<\/span>\u53ef\u65bc\u73ed\u7d1a\u5bb6\u9577\u6703\u524d\u5f8c\u75285~10\u5206\u9418\u5fb5\u8a62\u5bb6\u9577\u610f\u898b\u53ca\u9700\u8981\u3002\u53ef\u8003\u616e\u8207\u5bb6\u9577\u8a0e\u8ad6\u662f\u5426\u6536\u6d3b\u52d5\u8cbb\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

(1) <\/span>Establish and verify a class communication tree.<\/span><\/p>\n

(2)<\/span> Inform parents of school closings and activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

(3)\u00a0<\/span>Room parent emails to other class members should be restricted to class business only.<\/span><\/p>\n

(4) Please refrain from sending messages which would bring up personal events or issues (including but not limited to baby showers, birthday parties, personal feelings, hear-says, etc., or unverified warnings either related or unrelated to the Li-Ming school business).<\/span><\/p>\n

II.\u00a0<\/span>Provide Assistance to the Teacher<\/p>\n

(1)\u00a0<\/span>Respect the teacher\u2019s decisions and provide assistance when requested by the teacher (i.e. whiteboard, chair, and desk arrangement).<\/span><\/p>\n

(2)\u00a0<\/span>When requested by the teacher, coordinate with parents to help with teacher assignments.<\/span><\/p>\n

III.\u00a0Organize Class\u2019 Social Activities<\/span><\/p>\n

(1)\u00a0<\/span>Plan <\/span>after school<\/span><\/span> class social activities. This includes frequency, timing, location, nature, and agenda for the activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

(2)\u00a0<\/span>Ask parents and students to get involved and help you out as much as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

(3)<\/span>\u00a0Contact facility coordinator to make reservations if school facility is needed.<\/span><\/p>\n

(4)<\/span>\u00a0(Optional) Write a report for school\u2019s web site. Provide photos or digital pictures if available.<\/span><\/p>\n

IV.\u00a0<\/span>Other Tasks<\/span><\/p>\n

(1) Coordinate with parents\u00a0and rotate school traffic patrol duties<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

V.\u00a0<\/span>Miscellaneous Items<\/span><\/p>\n

(1)\u00a0<\/span>Attend room parent meetings three times a school year: in the beginning, the middle and the end of the school year.<\/span><\/p>\n

(2)\u00a0<\/span>Make use of 5 to 10 minutes before or after the teacher-parents meeting to inquire feedback and needs from all parents. May consider discussing with all parents to collect activity fee as needed.<\/span><\/p>\n

(3)\u00a0<\/span>Pay attention to activities held by other classes. Co-host activities with other classes if appropriate.<\/span><\/p>\n

(4)\u00a0<\/span>It\u2019s recommended that you <\/span>do not<\/span><\/span> take initiatives to collect money from all parents to buy gifts for the teacher.<\/span><\/p>\n

(5)\u00a0<\/span>Class\u2019 social activities are not part of Li-Ming Chinese Academy school activities. If parents have concerns, please download a copy of the Field Trip Permission Slip<\/a><\/span>\u00a0and modify it to suit your needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

(6)<\/span>\u00a0Inform Class Parent Coordinator for any problems you have.<\/span><\/p>\n
