Born on 1\/20\/1938, Mrs. McCarthy is a Chinese painting master and active participant in the Chinese community of the greater Washington DC area. The memorial service will be held this Saturday 1\/20\/2018 10 am at Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Home — 7557 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814, 301-652-2200.
